Cobblestone Car Wash

We planned to wash our car at cobblestone and wipe it down and clean the interior ourselves, but we saw that they offer interior cleaning, so we decided to try it out. After the wash, we went into the full service area and Ron, one of the quality control members took care of us. We had a lot of dead bugs on the front of our car and Ron cared enough to let us go through the wash again in order to get rid of all the bugs. They cleaned whatever they could on that first round. The process was quite easy and smooth. We went through the wash the second time and went through the full service again. Ron and his team cleaned our car really well. Our car looks so clean again inside and out. They did an awesome job!! Also, I like the fact that they provide a tip box on the side that way I don't have to figure out who to give the tip to and i know that the tip is going to be split among the team. The team and manager are great at this place.

Wow this car wash was very busy when I came. It was also very hot out and I believe the employee that helped me was Jordan he was still very respectful and helpful and the line moved fast. This place is great and all the employees are great! Also there were towels available, most car washes I have been to are always out of towels this place has them and floor mat cleaners. I will definitely come back and sign up for the membership soon!!!

I paid for the platinum full service car wash- I’m 3 months pregnant and had two young kids with me. there was no attempt to vacuum my trunk, nor around my kids car seats in the seats, all 4 door panels were not wiped, my passenger seat was not wiped and my driver mat was still dirty. I’m truly not sure what they did when they cleaned the inside. I didn’t expect a detail but I’ll go down Santa Fe to the other full service from now on.

Just went through here and not impressed with the level of clean or the process. I was in a lane marked open but there was clearly something wrong with the terminal and the car ahead of me. There was no communication as to if it was all the lanes or just the one and the cars just sat there. Once it opened up I picked the $15 wash because I wanted some rinse and shine. All 5 lanes were open and clogging the entry area once through the gate and two cars jammed in front of me because they narrow the five all the way to the right to the member area. At this point I was questioning how would they know which wash I bought since we don’t enter in the same order you pay. I am not satisfied with the wash or the weird queue. The pre drizzle they do while you enter does nothing and my car came out almost as dirty as it went in. For $15 I would at least expect the road grime/salt to be rinsed off.

I would give a 4.75 because of things everyone typically misses, but at the same time I believe it deserves a 5 star :). I bought the full service (Brand New) and was very pleased with the results, everything they could get, they cleaned. There were a couple spots where it was hard to see, but I don't mind that at all. Thank you to the full service cleaning team for making my car look, and smell, brand new again.
